Pathology:
The faculty is headed by a fully qualified Doctor of
Medicine in Pathology assisted by a team of technicians and
attendants. An automated Blood Cell Counter is used for
conducting analyses. This super cell counter provides the
analysis within 60 seconds with a high level
of repeatability and reliability.
The Trust
has one Fully Automated Analyser and two Micro Lab
Semi-Automatic Analysers for highly reliable biochemistry
test results.
Dental:
The Dental division at Unit I at Dasturwadi has been
able to earn enormous goodwill because of exemplary services
over the years at the most affordable rates. The division
handles all the routine dental problems like extraction,
fillings, scaling, complete and partial dentures and root
canal treatment. The special attraction of the Dental
division lies in its being open to public for 10 hours of
the day, right from 8.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M.
Preventive Health
Check-up:
The Centre has in place
a checkup package called "Complete Medical Check-up" at a very
competitive rate. This package has been extremely popular for the last some
years as a host of blood, urine and other checks are conducted within
a limited budget. There is a discount of Rs.100/- for Senior Citizens
and married couples.
X-ray:
The Centre has a well designed and air-conditioned X-ray
room
with the acquisition of a digitalized x-ray
system and Image Intensifier TV
with capability for
all types of barium investigations, Hysterosalpinogram, Fistulogram,
Miturating CystoUrethrogram etc. which are supervised by a
qualified Radiologist.
Physiotherapy:
In a fully equipped
physiotherapy section the Physiotherapists attend to patients
throughout the day.
Consultation Faculty:
The Trusts Centres have
on their Panel 85 specialist Doctors belonging to various disciplines
such as Surgery, Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopaedics, ENT,
Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Dermatology, Dentistry and
Psychiatry.
